In the next interview rounds, we will generate the in-depth assessments on candidates` capabilities, professional skills and potentialities based on our professional testing tools and observations.
Well qualified candidates for each position will be delivered to the client for the interview. We will communicate with the client about the interview feedbacks or continue to search new talents if needed.
If the client decides to hire a candidate, we will launch a background check before the offer and submit to our client for reference. The investigation will verify the authenticity of the candidate`s past employers, behaviors, achievements, income numbers and so on.
We provide professional advice of the salary package to ensure our client pays a fair price to hire the candidate. If necessary, we negotiate the package with the candidate on behalf of the client. To ensure a successful hiring, we can also help the candidate to tackle difficulties encountered in the resignation process.
Follow Up Service
We provide necessary trainings to the candidates during the probation period in order to help them to quickly adapt to the new position. In case the candidates left the client company during the probation period, we will initiate a replacement immediately
